Cancellation and Refund Policy
Studio Rental Cancellation & Refund Terms | RHMSTAYS LTD
1. Overview
This policy applies to all studio rental bookings made with RHMSTAYS LTD. It sets out clear cancellation and refund terms for all customer reservations. By completing a booking, customers agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Graduated Refund Structure
Refund amounts are calculated based on the number of full calendar days between receipt of your formal cancellation request and your scheduled booking date.
2.1 100% Refund
- Cancellation requested 3 full calendar days or more before your scheduled booking date.
- Bookings cancelled due to venue closure or unresolvable studio technical issues on our behalf.
2.2 80% Refund
- Cancellation submitted 2 calendar days prior to your booking date.
2.3 60% Refund
- Cancellation submitted 1 calendar day prior to your booking date.
2.4 20% Refund
- Cancellation submitted within less than 24 hours of your booking start time.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
No refund will be issued under the following circumstances:
- The booking time has started or expired.
- Customer fails to attend without prior cancellation notice.
- Customer leaves early or chooses not to use the studio during the reserved session.
- Cancellation caused by breach of studio usage rules during your booking period.
4. Valid Cancellation Process
All cancellation requests must be submitted via our official email address to be valid. Verbal requests, social media messages or informal communications will not be accepted. All requests must include your full name and booking reference for verification.
5. Refund Processing Timescale
All valid refund requests are processed in the following timeframe:
- Internal review and verification: 3 working days
- Refund processing initiation: 7 working days after approval
- Funds arrival to your original payment method: 7–14 working days
6. Rescheduling
Free rescheduling is available for requests made 3 full days before the booking date, subject to availability. Late rescheduling will be treated as a standard cancellation and follow the refund tiers above.
7. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update this policy as required. Changes take effect immediately once published on our website and apply to all future bookings.
