This Acceptable Use Policy defines the official rules, permitted usage and prohibited conduct for all customers accessing and renting the studio premises operated by RHMSTAYS LTD. This policy applies to all bookings, visitors and onsite personnel during any reserved hire period.

RHMSTAYS LTD provides studio space rental only. We do not participate in, supervise or oversee any creative production, filming or photography work carried out on-site. All studio usage is conducted independently by the customer.

2. Permitted Use

The studio space is provided exclusively for personal and commercial creative content creation. Approved usage includes the following independent activities:

• Professional and amateur photoshoots
• Video recording, short-film production and content filming
• Social media content creation, influencer shooting and portfolio production
• Commercial brand shooting, model portfolios and creative studio sessions
• Other standard lawful visual content production work

All permitted usage is limited to indoor studio activities only and must comply with local UK laws and public safety standards.

3. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly forbidden within the studio premises. Any violation will result in immediate session termination and forfeiture of the current booking.

• Any illegal, unregulated or criminal activity of any kind.
• Production, recording or distribution of adult, explicit, obscene or pornographic content.
• Use, storage or handling of hazardous materials, toxic substances or flammable goods.
• Use of open flame, smoke bombs, pyrotechnics or any fire-based special effects.
• Carrying or displaying weapons, replica weapons or dangerous objects.
• Possession or distribution of illegal drugs, controlled substances or prohibited narcotics.
• Excessive noise, public disturbance, harassment or behaviour that disrupts local residents.
• Vandalism, intentional damage, modification or defacement of studio furniture, walls, fixtures and equipment.
• Unauthorized commercial teaching, group training events or third-party venue subletting.

4. User Responsibilities

All customers accepting studio hire take full and complete responsibility for all onsite activities during their booking period:

• Customers are fully responsible for all guest and team members they bring into the studio.
• Customers must ensure all onsite activities are lawful, safe and do not violate public regulations.
• Customers are liable for any property damage, equipment loss or venue repair costs caused during their session.
• Customers must maintain a clean and safe studio condition throughout the rental period.

5. Right to Refuse and Terminate Access

RHMSTAYS LTD reserves the full right to refuse new bookings, cancel confirmed reservations or terminate ongoing studio sessions without refund if we identify suspicious behaviour, policy violations, illegal activity or potential safety risks. This right applies fully to protect venue safety and lawful operation.

6. Liability Disclaimer

As a venue-only rental provider, RHMSTAYS LTD holds no responsibility or liability for any content created, recorded or produced inside the studio by customers or their team members. All creative content, model safety, personnel conduct and project compliance remain the sole legal responsibility of the booking customer.

The company shall not be held liable for any disputes, legal violations, copyright issues or third-party claims arising from the customer’s independent use of the studio space.

7. Policy Updates

This Acceptable Use Policy may be updated periodically to match operational requirements and safety standards. Revised terms take immediate effect once published on the official website and apply to all future bookings.
