1. General Booking Overview

These Booking Terms apply exclusively to all online studio space reservation services provided by RHMSTAYS LTD. This policy takes immediate effect for every booking submitted through the official website. All reservations are strictly for private photography studio space hire only, granting time-limited venue access rights to the customer, with no additional creative, production or staffing services included.

2. Official Booking Process (Standard Procedure)

All studio bookings must follow the fixed official process below. No offline verbal reservations or informal arrangements are recognised as valid bookings.

• Step 1 – Service Selection: Customer browses the official website and selects the required studio hire package, including hourly rental, full-day rental or themed studio space options.
• Step 2 – Booking Information Submission: Customer selects the intended booking date, completes all required contact details, and adds any relevant usage notes or special requirements during checkout.
• Step 3 – Online Payment Completion: Booking is confirmed only after full online payment is successfully processed. Unpaid reservations are not secured and may be released automatically.
• Step 4 – Booking Confirmation Receipt: Once payment is completed, the customer will receive an official confirmation email containing exact booking time, studio location, access guidance and onsite usage rules.
• Step 5 – On-Time Arrival: Customer shall arrive at the studio venue strictly within the confirmed booking time window. No early entry or delayed entry is permitted without prior written approval.
• Step 6 – Independent Studio Usage: The studio space is provided for independent customer use. The customer takes full charge of all onsite equipment setup, shooting arrangements, personnel management and onsite activities during the hire period.
• Step 7 – On-Time Departure: Customer must finish all activities, clear personal belongings and leave the studio venue completely before the end of the reserved hire period.

3. Booking Validity & Reservation Rights

Only fully paid online reservations generated through the official website are deemed valid and secured bookings. The company reserves the right to release uncompleted, unpaid or expired booking slots without prior notice. All booking time slots are exclusive and non-transferable to third-party commercial use without formal consent.

4. On-Site Usage Responsibilities

The customer accepts full responsibility for all activities conducted within the studio during the booked hire period. This includes compliance with venue safety rules, protection of studio furniture, backgrounds and fixed facilities, and maintenance of a clean and safe onsite environment.

5. Core Booking Disclaimer (Exclusive Service Scope)

It is clearly defined and mutually acknowledged that all studio bookings provide space-only rental rights exclusively. No additional services are included within any hire package.

• This booking does not include professional photography, videography, filming or content creation services.
• No equipment rental, lighting setup, audio devices or shooting props are provided under standard booking terms.
• No post-production, editing, creative direction, event arrangement or on-site staff assistance is included.
• The company acts solely as a venue provider and holds no responsibility for the customer’s shooting content, project quality, personnel management or onsite workflow.

The customer confirms they possess sufficient skills, equipment and personnel to independently complete all planned studio activities.

6. Booking Modification & Amendment

Any request for booking date or time adjustments must be submitted via official email in advance. All modifications are subject to venue availability and company approval. Verbal requests are not accepted or recognised.

7. Non-Valid Booking Circumstances

Any reservation created through unofficial channels, incomplete payment, false information submission or rule violation will be deemed invalid, and the company reserves the right to cancel the booking without refund or further negotiation.

8. Policy Application & Updates

These Booking Terms shall apply to all current and future studio reservations. The company may update these terms occasionally to match operational adjustments and legal requirements. Updated terms shall take immediate effect once published on the official website.
