Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These general terms and conditions apply to all website visitors and all studio space rental bookings placed with RHMSTAYS LTD. By completing an online booking payment, the customer confirms full acceptance of all clauses laid out within this document alongside our separate Booking Terms, Cancellation and Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.

The company solely provides temporary private studio space rental access. No photography, filming, production, staffing or creative support services are included within any booking package.

2. Booking Agreement

• A valid booking is only created once full payment has been completed through the official website ordering system.
• All booking details including date, time and selected studio space are final once payment is processed, adjustments require formal email submission for review.
• Bookings are non-transferable to third parties without prior written approval sent via official company email.

3. Venue Access & Usage

Customers gain exclusive use of the selected studio space only for the exact time window confirmed within their booking confirmation email. Entry before the scheduled start time or extended stay after the end time is not permitted without prior agreement.

All equipment, props and personnel required for shooting must be supplied and managed entirely by the customer during the hire period.

4. Customer Liability

The customer accepts full liability for all persons they bring onto the studio premises during their booking. Any damage caused to studio walls, furniture, fixtures, flooring or built-in backdrops during the hire window must be fully compensated by the customer at the full replacement or repair cost.

The customer is solely responsible for all content captured, activities conducted and compliance with all local laws while using the studio space.

5. Facility Included Amenities

Each studio booking includes standard fixed venue amenities only, consisting of restroom access, heating, ventilation, Wi-Fi and standard UK power sockets. Mobile lighting, cameras, audio gear and dedicated props are not supplied as part of the rental package.

6. Company Liability Limitation

RHMSTAYS LTD shall not be held liable for any loss of customer personal equipment, injuries to customer or guest personnel, or commercial losses arising from delayed shoots, creative failure or content production issues during the rental period. The company’s only obligation is to provide safe, accessible studio space for the booked time frame.

8. Policy Amendments

The company reserves the right to revise these terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on the website and take immediate effect for all future bookings made after publication.

9. Governing Jurisdiction

All agreements between the customer and RHMSTAYS LTD are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
